Additional Information
Commission is paid on new customers only. Transactions have a 30 day validation period. For customers taking a Monthly (28 Day) bicycle insurance policy, commission is only paid on first monthly payment.
Program Restrictions
Legal & Creative: Affiliates are not allowed to use any creative for their promotions that have not been supplied by Eversure Limited and made available on Paid On Results. It is a criminal offence to issue a financial promotion in the United Kingdom unless it is issued or approved by an authorised firm. The Financial Conduct Authority's exemption allows you to display our website banner and nothing more, you must not recommend nor comment upon the suitability of our insurance nor in other ways try to evaluate the product or make a valued judgement about the product or in other ways try to value, advise or persuade the customer to purchase our product.
PPC Restrictions: We are not currently looking to work with PPC Affiliates at this time. We will be reviewing this in the future. Please accept our apologies.
Voucher Sites: We are not currently looking to work with Voucher sites at this time. We will be reviewing this in the future. Please accept our apologies.
Cashback/Incentive/Reward Affiliates: We are looking to work with cashback, incentive or reward based websites. Cashback is paid to new customers only. Existing customers and renewed policies are not eligible.
E-mail Marketing: You will not be entitled to any Referral Fees generated through Spamming tactics. Affiliates shall comply with any and all regulations, statutes and applicable laws of the United Kingdom or any other country or jurisdiction related to e-mail, and/or electronic communications. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to be aware of all such regulations, statutes and laws.
Paid Traffic: Eversure prohibits all Affiliates from bidding on the Eversure brand name or misspellings for all search engines, display, mobile or any other digital media bidding platforms. This notification applies to, but is not limited to, the "Eversure", "Eversure Insurance", "eversure.com", trademarks and brand names, including variations owned by Eversure Limited.
Display URL: Affiliates must agree not to use the Eversure brand name in the display URL or display copy in search engines.
Voucher Codes: Affiliates are not permitted to promote any voucher codes not provided by Paid On Results in the Paid On Results Voucher Manager. If an Affiliate receives any violations of the foregoing prohibitions, it will be subject to termination at Eversure's sole discretion. In the event that a Voucher Code is used by a customer and the Voucher Code has not originated from Paid On Results then the Voucher Code will override any sales that have been assisted by Paid On Results and no commission will be payable to the affiliate.
Cashback Voucher Codes: Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any voucher code offer unless agreed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to withhold sales commissions to affiliates or remove affiliates from the program that are found to be in violation of any of these policies.
