Types of affiliates not allowed on the program

We will not accept any sites that will be detrimental to our brand by association.
The following types of site are not acceptable on the program:

• Sites that contain or link to sexually explicit material and/or language
• Sites that contain or promote any form of violence, gambling and/or illegal activities/
• Sites that contain discrimination against race, sex, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, age etc

Cookie Period & De-duplication:

A 30 day cookie means you’ll earn commission when your customer returns and makes a purchase direct from www.lasenza.co.uk (within a 30-day period after the original click through).

For customers returning via La Senza’s paid search activity, the sale is de-duplicated and the affiliate will not be rewarded. Should this policy change at any time we will endeavour to communicate this to affiliates with as much notice as possible.

Validation procedure

Commission will be calculated on the basket value excluding postage costs. Once validated, we issue payment once a month.

Brand Guidelines

At La Senza we are very proud of our Brand, so we do ask that you take care of it too.

Only creative/logo provided or approved creative can be used to promote La Senza. These can be picked up from your network interface.

Cashback, Voucher and Loyalty sites

Cashback & Loyalty sites are welcome to promote La Senza subject to initial approval by the account manager. Returns will be monitored to ensure a sufficient level of valid sales. Sites which send low quality leads on a regular basis may either have their commission rates reduced and in some cases be removed from the program. Voucher Code sites must abide to the IAB Affiliate Council regulations implemented in 2009, no fake codes or out of date codes are permitted. Any offers or codes displayed must be currently valid. Any expired offers/codes must be clearly marked.

Email affiliates

Email creative is available from your account manager. If you wish to engage in any email activity please seek prior permission.

Emails and newsletters must be sent to us for approval and must not be sent out until approved. It also needs to be clear that the newsletter is sent by a third party endorsing La Senza and not La Senza itself.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in full or partial reversals of commission and/or removal from the program. If you have any questions or requests regarding our terms & conditions, please contact your account manager.

Program Restrictions

Brand PPC Guidelines

• Affiliates are not permitted to bid on our brand copyrighted name and brand+generic related keywords within paid search activity.
• Affiliates are not permitted to bid on misspells or variations of our brand names & keywords outlined above within paid search activity. Example: lasenza, **
• Affiliates are not permitted to bid on hybrid terms that contain our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. Example: La Senza bras, La Senza pyjamas etc
• Affiliates are not permitted to direct link to La Senza, unless agreed with La Senza first. The customer must redirect to an affiliate landing page before arriving at the La Senza site.
• No bidding is allowed on competitor brands names to displaying an ad for La Senza eg. Figleaves, why not shop at La Senza.
• Any affiliate found to be bidding on brand may be removed from the program.
• Bidding on generic related terms such as lingerie, underwear, bra etc is allowed
• Please ensure that 'La Senza' is negatively matched against all keywords

Ad Copy Restrictions

• Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name within their ad title for paid search activity.
• Affiliates are only permitted to use our brand name within their ad copy for paid search activity if prior approval from your account manager has been granted.
• Affiliates are not permitted to direct link by using our official URL as the display URL within their ad copy.
• Any copy must be written from a third party promoting La Senza. For example an affiliate should not say ‘Our products’ and all search copy must contain correct product details such as price.
• Protected & Non Compete keywords:

  [LaSenza.co.uk+any generic term]

• Any mis-spellings of the brand term including, but not exclusive to:

Domain Restrictions

• Affiliates are not permitted to use domains containing our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. Example:,www.lasenza.com, www.lasenza.org etc.
• Affiliates are permitted to use our brand name (including variations) within the sub folders of their domains for paid search activity. Example: www.affiliatesite.co.uk/lasenza, www.affiliatesite.com/lasenza, www.affiliatesite.org/lasenza etc.
• Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain of their own domains for paid search activity. Example: www.lasenza.affiliatesite.com, www.lasenza.cucinadirect.co.uk, www.lasenza etc.

Pop-ups, pop-unders & iframes

Any pop-up, pop-under or iframes that are used to force the cookie onto the users browser are entirely unacceptable, unless agreed first by La Senza.
