At Kalusha, we believe children’s early-years are their most crucial and every moment is worth treasuring. From the day they are born, what our children wear really matters. Sustainable, natural materials are soft and safe against a baby’s delicate skin; free from chemicals and toxins. This is the same for the fabrics they sleep in and the toys they play with.

We know it’s often a challenge to find sustainable eco-friendly clothing for children, without compromising quality or style. Our brand was born out of a desire to provide eco-conscious parents with a solution.

We’re a small UK-based family business with a real passion to promote sustainability and fair-trade within the kids’ fashion. We think our children should embody this at the beginning of their life to help shape future attitudes towards our planet. We want to protect our future generations and support them in making eco-friendly decisions for themselves as they grow.

The Kalusha range of bedding and children’s sustainable clothing is made from natural linen. We only use the best quality stone-washed linen fabrics weaved from European flax. We’ve taken this natural material and turned it into beautiful yet simplistic designs. Organic linen bedding and clothing helps to regulate body temperature, regardless of the climate you live in, so it’s ideal for young children.

Using natural raw materials reduces water pollution, toxic chemicals and textile waste that is usually found with fast-fashion garments. This extends to the packaging we use, which is 100% recyclable.

At Kalusha we make each item with love and attention to detail. It’s really important to us that we work with and support small European manufacturers who share the same ethics and values of quality and sustainability.

We also have a collection of children’s wooden toys made from eco-friendly materials, as well as, organic baby herb bath teas.

Our target customers would be predominately women aged 25 to 40, with a young family. We currently only sell girls clothes, but our white bedding is not gender specific.
