What constitutes a 'valid lead'

We will pay affiliate commission when a lead results in a real funeral arrangement enquiry. By real we mean a genuine and contactable via phone or email individual that makes a funeral arrangement enquiry or a pre-paid funeral plan enquiry through our site (regardless of whether they go on to book a funeral or a pre-paid funeral plan through us).
