Orla James – we are an online wedding jewellery boutique.  Our strongest presence is in wedding rings, but we cater for and are competitive in beautiful eternity rings, diamond pendants and earrings.

At Orla James, we believe that purchasing a wedding, engagement or eternity ring is a process that a couple should enjoy and as such, we offer advice, information and opportunities for couples to share wedding and anniversary ideas via our social media channels.

From our website, customers can order a free ring sizer and this is often the beginning of the relationship between Orla James and the customer. 

We also offer a sample service that allows the customer to try examples of their chosen rings at home for a small deductible fee.  This really does differentiate us from the high street retailers as the trying on of the samples becomes a relaxed and easy process for the customer, allowing them time to decide on their special ring.

We support our online store with home visits, promotional events and the facility to offer live chat to customers via the website. This is essential for customer engagement and delivering the personal service that we pride ourselves on.

We offer a wide range of styles, from plain wedding bands to diamond set shaped bands.  Currently, plain and patterned wedding bands are our most popular products.

We offer most of the styles of our rings in the following metals:

• Platinum
• 18 ct gold in white, yellow and rose
• Palladium
• 9 ct gold in white, yellow and rose
• Silver

We also offer alternative metal rings which include titanium, zirconium and black zirconium amongst others.

We can also offer customers a bespoke service where they can design their own ring, re-using stones from older pieces of jewellery that they treasure but perhaps no longer wear.
