Program Restrictions
General
- Commissions are paid on the cost of the order excluding VAT, delivery charges and credit card processing fees.
- The Affiliate agrees that transactions made for gift card purchases of any value on Pinstripe & Pearls are non-commissionable. Any transactions resulting from gift card redemptions will be commissionable.
- Reasons Commissions Will Be Declined: Order Cancelled, Order Returned, Customer Failed Credit Check, Breach of Programme Terms and Conditions, Duplicate Order, Item was out of stock, Order associated with another channel/ campaign.
- We will de-duplicate sales against other online advertising channels including: PPC, email advertising, display advertising, direct partnerships, price comparison, any other affiliate network.
Promotions & Offers
- Please note Voucher Code Affiliates and Media Brokers will not be accepted onto the program.
- Please ensure you display correctly all offers and promotions provided by the Pinstripe & Pearls affiliate team, including relevant expiry dates.
- You may not display an
unauthorised promotional offer, i.e. an offer that has not been
communicated via your affiliate manager. If you promote an offer that has
not been supplied to you by the Pinstripe & Pearls affiliate
management team, we will withhold any commissions arising from it and you
could be removed from the program.
Domain Restrictions
- Affiliates may not make use
of any Pinstripe & Pearls trademarks, such as the Pinstripe &
Pearls brand name or any trademarked products (including variations and
misspells) in their PPC ads and domain names.
- Please do not register any
domain names that are similar, or confusingly similar, or have the specific,
or accidental intention or consequence of leading visitors to think they
are being directed to PinstripeandPearls.com.
- Affiliates may not put the
Pinstripe & Pearls website into frames, or use masked URLS, or create
clones or duplicates of any part of the Pinstripe & Pearls website.
PPC Restrictions
Pinstripe & Pearls has an extensive in-house PPC program. We do not
want affiliates to compete with our own campaign or to drive up our costs. If
you compete with our own in-house PPC program, we will withhold any commissions
arising from it and you could be removed from the program.
- PPC bidding on the Pinstripe
& Pearls brand name is not allowed, including variations or
misspellings such as "Pinstripes & Pearls", "Pinstripes And Pearls", "PinstripeandPearls.co.uk" ,
"Pinstripe-Pearls", PinstripePearls", "Pinstripes-and-Pearls", "Pinstripe-and-Pearl", "Pearls and Pinstripes","Pinstrip & Pearls", "www.pinstripeandpearls", etc.
- Affiliates are NOT permitted
to use "branded term + generic terms" to gain preferential
listings on Google, Yahoo and Bing, for example "Pinstripe &
Pearls discount" or "Workwear from
Pinstripe&Pearls.com" etc.
- We strongly recommend you
include "Pinstripe and Pearls",
"PinstripeandPearls.com" and “Pinstripes and Pearls”, and "Pinstripe & Pearls" as a
negative keyword on all your campaigns, in order to negate the risk of
appearing for Pinstripe & Pearls brand terms.
- Using the Pinstripe
& Pearls URL as your display URL is not allowed, nor may you use any
misspellings, or upper/lower case variants of the brand name as your
display URL.
- All clicks must first land on
the affiliate's site, and the user must click from the affiliate's site to
Pinstripe & Pearls. Clicks must never land directly on
Pinstripe&Pearls. Similarly, overlays and masked URLs are NOT
permitted.
- The Affiliate shall ensure that no other web pages,
links or other pop-up boxes appear on a Visitor's screen when Pinstripe & Pearls Link is used and that the only web page that appears on the Visitor's screen
following the use of the Pinstripe & Pearls Link is the Pinstripe & Pearls Website homepage.
Please note we are constantly
monitoring search engine activity and we will reverse commissions and reject
any affiliates found breaking our PPC Restrictions.
