Our artists rule out any product which is not up to their high standards. Only the best products are approved. Our designers ensure that customers are always inspired whether they are keeping their purchase or gifting it.
Zieler products are backed up with insightful tutorials to ensure customers get the most from their purchase.
We ship orders throughout the UK and also to the majority of European countries. All orders are dispatched the same day up to 1pm and sent using a tracked method via DPD Local with Mainland UK orders being delivered Next Working Day. We offer free UK Mainland delivery for orders over £50.
Our prices are always competitive and order rate of returns are extremely low.
As a family business, customer service is a top priority. Our service levels are amongst the highest in our sector; we are one of the very few who have managed to maintain Next Working Day delivery in Mainland UK during the Covid-19 pandemic. Program Restrictions
PPC Restrictions: Zieler has an extensive in-house PPC program. We do not want affiliates to compete with our own campaign or to drive up our costs. We ask affiliates to please refrain from bidding on the brand name "Zieler", "Zieler Art Supplies", "zieler.co.uk", or confusingly similar misspellings, variations or derivatives of the word, full or separations on PPC search engines.
Please do not bid on "brand + generic" keywords, such as "zieler offers", "zieler voucher codes" and "zieler watercolour paint".
We will reverse commissions and reject any affiliates found breaking our PPC Restrictions.
TLD Restrictions:Affiliates should not use our company name directly within a TLD (top level domain) as this could be seen as passing off to potential customers. Affiliates are welcome to use our name within a structure.
